As your counsellor I will use a range of therapeutic modalities, including Telehealth counselling via phone and online, as well as Walk and Talk and Park Bench Sessions, all of which are evidenced-based treatment models and have been used successfully for many years.
Together we will work through your concerns and roadblocks, without judgement or fear.

Covid-19 has changed the way we function in the world, impacting our collective mental health with increased feelings of isolation, worries around loss of income and disconnection from community, making it more important than ever to take care of our mental health.
Keeping my clients safe in every way is my utmost concern. In order to ensure you feel comfortable and are able to continue to receive support throughout your journey to being the best version of yourself, I offer a range of Covid-safe alternatives to traditional face-to-face counselling sessions, all of which offer Medicare rebates if you are under a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
Whether you choose Telehealth Online Counselling via Zoom or Skype, a Walk and Talk session or a Park Bench conversation, you can be secure in the knowledge you are not only receiving evidence-based counselling but are protected as much as possible from transmission of Covid-19.
