Mindfulness Meditation

Right now many of us are even more stressed than usual.  This short video by Jessica Amos takes us through a quick and simple guided mindfulness meditation exercise.  The great thing about this practice is you can do it anywhere – sitting at your desk, on a bus or train, on a park bench or at home.  Whenever you feel stressed or anxious this meditation can help you come back to a place of peace.
